JP Morgenthal has extensive background in systems, applications and information integration.  His key
strengths are in understanding the strategic nature of projects and quickly identifying the core components
that are required to bring about success.  He identifies the most straightforward path to the solution and
simplifies the complexities to ensure rapid and smooth completion.  Moreover, he maintains a solid grasp
of leading-edge advancements in information technology, which enables him to design solutions that are
robust enough to transform over time avoiding rapid transformation into legacy.

In addition to being a solid technologist, Mr. Morgenthal also has a solid grasp of business concepts and
often serves as a liaison between technology and business departments.  He has in-depth knowledge of
the following industries: Brokerage, banking, foreign exchange, manufacturing, retail/wholesale,
hospitality and software development.

Mr. Morgenthal has authored or co-authored a number of books including "Enterprise Information
Integration: A Pragmatic Approach", which presents the concepts for ways to dynamically cultivate
disparate points of data into useful information;  "Enterprise Information Integration with XML and Java";
and "Manager's Guide to Distributed Environments".  Each of these books represented concepts that were
considered "ahead of their time" and are now considered best practices by the information technology
industry.

He received a Masters and Bachelors degrees in Computer Science from Hofstra University.
