Chuck is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ideasphere specializing in the high-tech, logistics, and financial services segments. He brings his global experience in technology and operations, both as a consultant and an executive, to actively assist senior executives of client companies with strategic, operational, and technology leadership challenges, corporate development and growth strategies, international expansion plans, and overall management aspects of their organizations. As a consultant or interim executive, he has functioned as President, COO, CIO, Solution Architect, HR Architect, Deal Manager, Transition Manager, Principal Negotiator, and Global Program Manager. In his corporate career, Chuck has managed organizations ranging from 5 person startups to 1000+ employee international operations. He has held a number of executive positions including, Executive Vice President - International Employer Services for First Advantage, President & CEO of Discrete Wireless, Inc. a wireless Managed Service Provider, Founder, President and CEO of Transportal Network, an internet-based solutions provider to the transportation industry, President of, Intellisource Advisory Services and held a number management positions with United Parcel Service in Information Technology, Operations, International Strategic Planning, and Quality Planning. Over the last fifteen years, he has authored numerous articles on the topics of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, Strategy Development, Organizational Design, Technology and Telecommunications Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Quality Deployment, and is active in a variety of professional and civic organizations. He has served on the board of directors of a number of small companies, civic organizations, mentoring programs, industry conferences, and publications. As a speaker at conferences around the world, he frequently shares his views on the subjects of Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Development, and Technology Deployment with senior executives. Chuck earned a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, and a variety of professional certifications from organizations such as the American Management Association, City and Guilds of London Institute, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and others.
